off-campus network problem

	I installed linux and X successfully except for the network
connection.  During the RH 5.0 install I specified the localhost,
mask, gateway, nameservers, and domain.  I can telnet, ftp, and http
all around campus to and from my linux machine.  

	But I can't connect out of umbc.edu.  Lynx, for example
reports "Unable to connect to remote host" and netscape generates a
TCP/IP error message.  Also I can't telnet or ftp into my machine from
outside UMBC.  I get messages like "Connection refused" or "Unable to
connect to remote host."

	This is the report of traceroute to my machine from umbc7.

linux machine.

machine.  I think the problem may be that I haven't specifed the
routers but I don't know where or how to do it.  

	What am I missing?
