GnuCash install - help!

I downloaded and attempted to install gnucash-1.6.0-1.i386.rpm and get the
following:

# rpm -ivh gnucash-1.6.0-1.i386.rpm
error: failed dependencies:
        libgtkhtml.so.9 is needed by gnucash-1.6.0-1
        liboaf.so.0   is needed by gnucash-1.6.0-1

Trying to install gtkhtml-0.9.2-ximian.2.i586.rpm gets me:
# rpm -ivh gtkhtml-0.9.2-ximian.2.i586.rpm
error: failed dependencies:
        liboaf.so.0 is needed by gtkhtml-0.9.2-ximian.2

Trying to install oaf-0.6.5-ximian.3.i586.rpm gets me:
# rpm -ivh oaf-0.6.5-ximian.3.i586.rpm
error: failed dependencies:
        ORBit >= 0.5.4 is needed by oaf-0.6.5-ximian.3

And, finally, trying to install ORBit-0.5.7-3.i386.rpm gets me a half
dozen lines saying some files confilct with ORBit 0.5.3 files.

AND, if I try to upgrade ORBit I get:

# rpm -Uvh ORBit-0.5.7-3.i386.rpm
error: failed dependencies:
        ORBit = 0.5.3 is needed by ORBit-devel-0.5.3-2

So how do it get this thing installed???
