Mailing List

With UMBC's new Sympa mailing list service, registration is handled through the website lists.umbc.edu. The steps to register on this site are simple:
  1. Navigate to lists.umbc.edu
  2. On the left, log in using your myUMBC credentials, or create an account with your non-UMBC email address.
  3. At the top, click on "Index of Lists"
  4. Scroll down until you see "umbclinux", then click on that.
  5. On the left, in the "List Operations" box, click on "Subscribe".

Once you've subscribed, you can send email to umbclinux at lists dot umbc dot edu normally.
